If you can’t find the right package for you, feel free to contact us and we will create a specialised package just for your wedding! We are flexible towards your needs.
How long does it take for the photos and videos to be ready?
The photos will be ready in a USB in about 3 weeks after your wedding. Once you have picked your favourite photos and notified us, your photos will take about 6 weeks to be printed and your video will be ready at roughly the same time.
Can I get DVDs or Blu-rays for my parents and/or other family members?
We recommend you use USB storage as they are much more accessible and can store much more data than traditional DVDs and Blu-rays. If you still would like to have DVDs or Blu-rays, you can still get them but you will be charged extra for them. Contact us for pricing and more information.
What if I don’t want my highlights or photos posted online?
If for any reason, you don’t want your highlight or photos posted on our website or any social media platform, e.g. Facebook, YouTube, and advertisements, you have the option to OPT OUT and we will not use any of your videos and photos. We value your privacy.
Can we have an extra soft copy of the raw photos and videos?
There is no extra charge to get a copy of the raw photos and videos. Please make sure to let us know and provide us a suitably sized hard drive or storage solution for us to copy it to.
Can our location/pre-wedding shoot be anywhere?
You can have your location/prewedding shoot anywhere you desire in NSW. Please note that some locations require a booking to take photos. If you need help deciding and booking, we can help you find the perfect place.
Can we get more prints and/or videos long after our wedding?
You can get extra copies of your photos and videos after your wedding at an extra cost. For pricing information please contact us. We also hold onto everyone’s photo and video for up to 2 years after completion - you can order more photos to be printed or more usbs while we’re still holding onto them.
